Set in the heart of Gascony, this beautifully restored home is made for gatherings. Whether you’re planning a summer holiday with family, a celebration with friends, or simply a peaceful retreat, the house offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and understated charm.
Comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests, the house has generous living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms designed with rest and simplicity in mind (with air-conditioning). Outside, there’s plenty of room to roam, with shady spots for lounging and space for little ones to play.
Restored in 2024 by its owner, Mundy, the house has been brought back to life as a warm, welcoming home made for hosting.

Location
Tucked in the rolling Gascon hills, the house offers peaceful seclusion with easy access to nearby towns and villages full of life, flavour, and charm. The local town of Astaffort is just a 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find all the essentials — boulangerie, grocers, Intermarché, a pizzeria, bank, and bar. The nearby village of Pergain-Taillac is known for its excellent butcher.
A little further afield, Lectoure, Condom, Nérac, Moirax, and La Romieu are all within a 20-minute drive and offer bustling weekly markets, beautiful churches and abbeys, summer festivals, and some of the region’s best restaurants.
Major airports including Toulouse, Bordeaux, and Bergerac are all around 1 hr 15–30 mins by car.

If you’d like extra support during your stay, our local team is on hand to help. We can arrange anything from a fully catered week to selected meals or oven-ready dishes. A private chef can also be booked for special occasions or relaxed, in-home dining.
Daily housekeeping is available with advance notice, and we’re happy to assist with shopping, stocking the fridge, or anything else to make your stay as easy as possible.
